Refund and Return Policy

Elite Accreditation is committed to providing high-quality services and products that meet the unique needs of our clients. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns related to the services and digital products we offer.

1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Accreditation and consulting services.

  • Digital products, such as policy manuals, templates, and training materials.

  • Customizable service packages for compliance and certification.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Accreditation and Consulting Services

Due to the nature of professional consulting and accreditation services, refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced. Exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not initiated, and a written request for a refund is made within 7 business days of payment.

  • Failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope of services, as outlined in the signed agreement.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Partial completion of services.

  • Client withdrawal after project initiation.

  • Missed deadlines caused by client delays or lack of required documentation.

2.2 Digital Products (Policy Manuals, Templates, Training Materials)

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they are considered intangible goods.
Exceptions may include:

  • Defective files or corrupted downloads (verified by our support team).

  • Incorrect product delivery.

In these cases, replacements or corrections will be provided at no additional charge.

3. Return Policy
3.1 Physical Products (if applicable)

If Elite Accreditation provides physical products as part of a package (e.g., manuals or training binders), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product delivery).

4. Cancellations
4.1 Cancellation of Services

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@eliteaccreditation.org.

  • For cancellations made prior to the commencement of services, a refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued.

  • For cancellations after service commencement, refunds are not provided, but future credits may be issued for unused portions of the service.

4.2 Subscription-Based Products (if applicable)

If a client has purchased subscription-based access to digital resources or training, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund, return, or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@eliteaccreditation.org with your order details, including the invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

  2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
